On February 25, 2000, plaintiff AGR Financial, L.L.C. ("AGR") commenced an action against defendants Ready Staffing, Inc. and Ready Staffing Services, Inc. (collectively "Ready Staffing") in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, New York County ("New York State Supreme Court").
