In this action, plaintiff seeks a declaratory judgment that defendant Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, Inc. is not the owner of certain sequel rights in the motion picture entitled "Terminator". Currently before the Court are plaintiff's motion for summary judgment and defendants' cross-motion for partial summary judgment and dismissal of the complaint.
