We have for review the complaint of The Florida Bar and the referee's report regarding alleged ethical breaches by Edward C. Vining, Jr. We have jurisdiction. Art. V, § 15, Fla. Const. We approve the referee's report and her recommendation that Vining be disbarred.

The Florida Bar filed a two-count complaint against Vining based upon his representation of Iliana Michelson during her dissolution...
