This case involves fraudulent voting activities. Specifically, these activities include vote buying, vote selling, multiple voting, and votes casts by felons and deceased voters.

Defendant Jackson Jones ("Jones"), sheriff of Dodge County, Georgia, is charged in Counts I and II of a federal indictment with two separate conspiracies to buy votes in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 3711 and 42 U.S.C. §§...
