This matter is before the Court on the Defendants' Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff's Complaint for lack of subject matter jurisdiction pursuant to Rule 12(b)(1) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. In consideration of the parties' arguments, the Court will grant the Defendants' motion and dismiss the Complaint in its entirety.
