Plaintiffs, six multi-employer health and welfare trust funds operating in New Jersey (the "Funds")1 and providing comprehensive health care benefits to union workers, to their families, and to covered retirees (collectively "participants"), have filed this action against the leading tobacco companies2 and their lobbying and public relations agents
