This is a breach of contract case in which Raymond Workmon (Workmon) appeals a grant of summary judgment in favor of Publishers Clearing House (PCH) and denial of Mr. Workmon's motion to amend his complaint. (Woods, J.)(J.A. at 4,15). For the following reasons, we affirm the district court's decision.
