Plaintiffs own, and since 1981 have operated, a sawmill in Tioga County. Defendant is a Pennsylvania insurance company doing business in New York that issued a policy of insurance covering plaintiffs' premises. On September 13, 1995, the sawmill and virtually all of its contents were destroyed by fire. The policy that was in force at that time provided property and contents coverage in the amount of $5 million and business interruption coverage...
