MEMORANDUM OPINION

HEARTFIELD, District Judge.

Plaintiffs1 have alleged a failure by Social Security Administration (SSA) offices in Texas to fulfill certain duties imposed by the Food Stamp Act. The parties have reached a compromise and have submitted it to the court for approval. The court now approves this settlement.2
