MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

SHABAZ, Chief Judge.

Plaintiffs commenced this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 seeking a determination that Wisconsin's Good Friday state holiday violates the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment to the United States Constitution. Jurisdiction is based upon 28 U.S.C. § 1331. The matter is presently before the Court on plaintiffs' motion for summary judgment.
