This action concerns the arrests of certain employees and/or volunteers of Greenpeace, Inc. (USA) and its affiliated organizations (collectively, "Greenpeace") and the seizure of their vessels by the Republic of France arising from Greenpeace activities in protest of France's resumed nuclear testing in September 1995.
