We address today the motion for summary judgment filed by the defendant, Pacific Indemnity Company ("Pacific"), in this diversity case arising under Pennsylvania law. The plaintiffs are Anthony and Tammy Parasco (the "Parascos"), a husband and wife who held a homeowners' insurance policy issued by Pacific.
