In this case, Larry Roe, on behalf of himself and others who voted in Alabama's November 8, 1994, general election (the "Roe Class"), claims that the State of Alabama is attempting to dilute the votes that the Roe Class cast in that election, in violation of the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment.
