Marcos ("Marcos"), for damages resulting from torture, summary execution and disappearance, in the form of a class action as well as individual actions. Marcos died while the cases were pending, and the Estate of Marcos ("Estate") was substituted in Marcos' place, with his widow, Imelda R. Marcos...
