This case arises out of a loan made to the plaintiffs by Rols Capital Co. ("Rols partnership"), a New Jersey partnership that, following the plaintiffs' repayment of the loan, filed for bankruptcy in June 1991. Alleging that the Rols partnership charged them a usurious rate of interest, the plaintiffs have sued various individual defendants along with J.K. Funding, which is a New Jersey corporation doing business...
