Reeves, individually and in his official capacity, alleging that he acted maliciously and in concert with the Winn Parish Grand Jury to indict Gary Connor on charges of malfeasance in office, causing him humiliation, embarrassment, mental anguish and injury to his reputation. Connor's wife, Rachel, also sued for loss of consortium...
