Plaintiff Corporacion Insular de Seguros ("CIS") brought this action seeking recovery for losses resulting from embezzlement of monies by corporate insiders Jose A. Reyes Munoz ("Reyes"), Juan Santiago ("Santiago")1 and Morgan Rivera Perez ("Rivera"). These corporate insiders, plaintiff alleges, acted together with defendants Rafael Fuentes Fernandez ("Fuentes") and Gamalier Reyes....
