Anne Street Skipper and William Glenn Street, Jr., appellees, sued Amma Elnora Street, appellant, seeking a declaratory judgment on the numerous claims appellant made against her deceased husband's estate, alleging the claims were invalid. The appellees, William G. Street's children from his first marriage, also sought to remove appellant as co-administratrix of the Estate of William G. Street, deceased.
