Wehde (Wehde) pursuant to SDCL 16-19, the Disciplinary Board of the State of South Dakota filed an amended formal accusation charging Wehde, respondent, with a number of acts constituting unprofessional conduct. Pursuant to SDCL 16-19-68 we appointed the Honorable Timothy R. Johns, circuit court judge, as referee to take testimony and make findings and recommendations...
