PER CURIAM:

Steven Novotny appeals his convictions for sexual assault of his stepdaughter. The case was referred to a judges' motion calendar for consideration of the State's concession of error and accelerated review of the remaining issue.

We accept the State's concession that Novotny's conviction in count 3 was barred by the statute of limitations...
