OPINION

JACKSON, Judge:

Plaintiff Rocky Mountain Claim Staking (Rocky Mountain) appeals the trial court's order granting Defendant William Frandsen's Motion to Vacate and Set Aside Plaintiff's Foreign Judgment. We reverse.
