PER CURIAM.

A hearing panel of the Supreme Court Grievance Committee approved the findings of a hearing board and recommended that the respondent1 be suspended from the practice of law for three years and be assessed the costs of the proceeding. We accept the board's and panel's findings but modify the period of suspension to one year and one day.
