The defendant contends that the People failed to prove that he displayed a handgun during the course of the robbery (see, Penal Law § 160.15 [4]). Viewing the evidence in the light most favorable to the prosecution (see, People v Contes, 60 N.Y.2d 620), however, we find that it was legally sufficient to establish the defendant's guilt of robbery in the first degree...
