Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant was convicted of intentional murder and felony murder for the robbery and stabbing of a man in a Brooklyn subway station on the afternoon of January 29, 1988. Two days after the murder, the defendant was apprehended and taken to the 90th Precinct where he remained from approximately 8:30 P.M. to 1:15 A.M. the next morning, during which time he made two disparate statements...
