This extremely troubling disciplinary matter reached this Court when the Attorney Grievance Commission (the Commission) filed a petition for disciplinary action against George J. Goldsborough, Jr. alleging violations of the Disciplinary Rules of the Code of Professional Responsibility and the Maryland Rules of Professional Conduct.
