JOHN, Judge.
Defendant was convicted of second degree murder and sentenced to a thirty year active term of imprisonment. He contends the trial court erred in (1) denying his motion to suppress certain prior convictions, which were then used to enhance his sentence beyond the presumptive; (2) allowing the jury to take written copies of the court's charge into the jury deliberation
