We granted leave to appeal in this case, R. 2:2-3(b); R. 2:2-4, to examine the ruling of the Law Division judge which granted absolute judicial immunity from claims by third-parties to an attorney designated by a Family Part judge to sell a home owned by litigants in a marital dissolution proceeding. The purchasers of the property sued the attorney claiming that he knowingly misrepresented or concealed...
