In June of 1991, the Church of Scientology International (CSI) ran a series of full page advertisements in USA Today Newspaper. Several of the ads spoke out against the use of drugs for the treatment of mental illness and depression, and targeted in particular the drug Prozac and its manufacturer Eli Lilly & Company.
