Plaintiff-appellant, Deborah Tomas ("plaintiff"), appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas granting the motions of defendants-appellees, Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company ("Nationwide") and Sims Brothers, Inc.
