Following a jury trial, defendant Kenneth Cullen was found guilty of the murder of Raymond McCaffrey and sentenced to 25 years imprisonment. On appeal, defendant contends that: (1) the prosecutor improperly characterized a witness' statement during closing argument as her opinion that he was guilty of murder; and (2) the State failed to prove him guilty of murder beyond a reasonable doubt.
