This appeal arises from Rebecca Kay Campbell's (petitioner's) motion in the circuit court of Champaign County seeking to compel Paul R. Decker's (respondent's) attorney, Kristen H. Fischer (contemnor), to disclose information concerning respondent's whereabouts. Petitioner suspected that respondent had abducted their child after visitation. The trial judge, Jeffrey B.
