Cleo and Norma Kay Cooper (lessors) sued Jud G. Alexander, d/b/a Alexander Oil Company (Alexander) (lessee), for breach of a lease agreement. The Coopers asserted that during the term of the lease, Alexander placed automatic car-wash equipment on the leased premises and that he breached the lease by removing the carwash equipment before expiration of the lease term.
