Defendants, Steele Platt and Fas-Wok, Inc. (sellers), appeal the judgment of the trial court in favor of the corporate plaintiff, The Boiler Room, Inc. (the corporation). Plaintiffs cross-appeal the award of damages. We affirm in part and remand for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
