Plaintiff, William H. Gurvich, now deceased and substituted by Billie Jean Gurvich, the testamentary executrix of the Succession of William H. Gurvich, No. 91-30128, 22nd Judicial District Court for the Parish of St. Tammany, appeals from a judgment of the trial court granting defendants' motion for a preliminary injunction.
