Defendant, Richard A. Goins, appeals the District Court's judgment partitioning community property between him and the plaintiff, Jane Elizabeth Parker Goins. Defendant argues that the trial court erred in two respects: (1) By including as an asset of the community a 1986 Saab automobile which was leased rather than owned by the community; and (2) By awarding plaintiff reimbursement for defendant's rental of the family home through the date of the judgment...
