Tanglewood Enterprises, Inc., and its owners James Reed and Grace Y. Dunkley (Dunkleys), moved for relief from a decree of foreclosure entered against them in favor of Pacific Security Companies. They claimed it was no longer equitable for the decree to be enforced because of changes in circumstances since the decree was entered.
