The sole issue in this appeal is whether a request for mental health assistance to control the behavior of an adult son supports the imposition of tort liability on his parents for injuries inflicted by the son on a police officer accompanying the requested mental health workers to the parents' home. The appeal arises out of a counterclaim to a wrongful death action brought by the plaintiffs, Edward L. and Leokadja Kaminski and Edward T. Kaminski, administrator...
