SINGLETON, Judge.

Ernest Wassillie pled no contest and was convicted of one count of selling intoxicating beverages without a license in a local option area,1 a class C felony, in violation of AS 04.11.010(b) and AS 04.16.200(b).2 Wassillie is a first felony offender.
