In these consolidated appeals, the heirs of Victor Cingolani (Victor) challenge as inadequate their individual awards from a lump sum damage settlement paid by appellee Utah Power & Light Company2 in a wrongful death action. In addition, appellant Anna Cingolani (Anna) contests an evidentiary ruling related to the appropriate measure of the heirs' damages...
