Appellant appeals from an involuntary commitment order, claiming that the order is not based on clear and convincing evidence that he is mentally ill. ORS 426.005(2).1 We review de novo, State v. O'Neill, 274 Or. 59, 545 P.2d 97 (1976), and reverse.
