Defendant appeals from a judgment finding him guilty of contempt and ordering him to serve three days in jail for failing to pay restitution in accordance with a previous court order. ORS 161.685. He assigns error to the trial court's denial of his motion to dismiss the order to show cause why he should not be held in contempt.
