Robert Light appeals the summary final judgment in favor of Weldarc Company, Inc. Light sued Weldarc seeking damages for injuries received when a power punch press misfired, severing a sliver of metal which penetrated and blinded Light's left eye. At the time of the accident Light was allegedly wearing safety glasses purchased from Weldarc.
