Plaintiff appeals from the trial court's denial of his motion to increase a prior award of workers' compensation benefits and for an award of vocational rehabilitation benefits. We discuss (1) whether the trial court erred in determining that there had been no increase in plaintiff's disability; and (2) whether the court erred in denying plaintiff's request for the award of vocational rehabilitation benefits.
