The State appeals from judgments of the circuit court which quashed defendants' arrests for driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI) (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1987, ch. 95 1/2, par. 11-501(a)) and rescinded the summary suspensions of defendants' driving privileges (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1987, ch. 95 1/2, par. 2-118.1).
