Appellant, Jerry Wayne Thomas, was tried by a jury in Pittsburg County District Court, Case No. F-83-177, and convicted of Conspiracy to Commit a Felony (Second Degree Forgery), After Former Conviction of Two or More Felonies (21 O.S. 1981, § 421, and 21 O.S.Supp. 1985, § 51(B)). The judge sentenced appellant to thirty-five (35) years' imprisonment in accordance with the jury's verdict...
