The appellants Rex Ewing, Jr., and Rex Ewing, III (Ewings) purchased a parcel of real estate from respondents Warren E. Bissell, Gilbert W. Bissell, John F. Parsons, Teresa Ellen Parsons, Velma Dickson, Barbara Bissell and Kyle Frederick Parsons (sellers) for $22,000. The sellers represented, and the Offer and Acceptance indicated, that the parcel contained approximately 1.34 acres. This was the same quantity of acreage designated...
