In this legal malpractice action, which was tried to the court, defendant appeals from a judgment for $213,961.93 plus costs. On cross-appeal, plaintiff1 assigns error to the denial of her motion to amend the amount of damages requested in the complaint to conform to her proof. We affirm on appeal and on cross-appeal.
