This matter is before the court on defendants' motion for partial summary judgment. Plaintiff was employed by defendant Kansas State Network, Inc. ("KSN") and its predecessor from February 1, 1977 to June 10, 1983. Plaintiff claims her employment was terminated on grounds of her gender and because of her pregnancy. In the present motion, defendants seek summary judgment on all of plaintiff's state law claims...
