OPINION

GREENWOOD, Judge:

Carl B. Masters appeals from the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of his former wife, Mary Lee Worsley. On appeal, Masters claims that the trial court erred in granting Worsley's motion for summary judgment because: 1) the trial court failed to issue a written order stating the basis for granting the summary judgment; and 2) Worsley was not entitled to summary judgment as a matter of law.
