Marvin Allen Rundell appeals from a final judgment entered in the District Court1 for the Eastern District of Arkansas upon a jury verdict finding him guilty of bank robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a). The district court sentenced appellant to twenty years imprisonment. For reversal appellant argues the district court erred in admitting the in-court identification testimony of two eyewitnesses.
